Managing Director – Warren Green Consulting

With a background of in excess of 14 years of specialist sport and leisure consulting experience, Warren Green’s extensive experience has cemented his reputation as one of Australia’s most successful and knowledgeable consultants within the industry. Prior to establishing his own consulting business in 2013, Warren was the National Practice Manager for Coffey Sport and Leisure and also the General Manager of the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre up until the Commonwealth Games. Warren has completed over 250 sport and leisure related projects with previous projects including the planning for Cockburn ARC, the development of the Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities and the establishment of URBNSurf in Melbourne. Warren is currently involved in the planning of a facility in Dandenong which aims to maximise health related benefits for one of that most socio-economic disadvantaged communities in Victoria. He is also involved in a major tourism and leisure development in Fiji which is partnering with the World Bank and has a project aim of providing significant community legacy benefits. Warren is Australia’s representative on the IAKS international aquatic expert panel and through this role he regularly attends and presents at international conferences. Warren has also established an international network of peers which contributes to his innovative thinking and the delivery of customised and local solutions for Australian projects.
