General Manager, Asia Pacific – Polytan
After graduating with a double Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering and Earth Science from Monash University, Paul started working as Design Engineer specialising in subdivision. After great success in this field Paul decided to combine his strong passion for sport and engineering, by joining Polytan Asia Pacific as a Project Engineer.
Now, with 14 years of sports design and construction experience coupled along with the completion of his MBA from Melbourne Business School, Paul holds the position of General Manager for Polytan where he works with a strong, dedicated team of professionals on the design and construction of major sports facility projects globally.
Paul has delivered effective construction and project management for all of Polytan’s major projects, which most recently includes the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games with involvement already starting for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
The Polytan range spreads across synthetic athletic tracks, hockey and football / multi-sport facilities and as a company, are investing in the development of athletes from grassroots through to Olympians through the provision of world class sporting facilities, built for performance.
