Education and Training Manager – AFL Victoria
Lauren Arnell works as Education and Training Manager at AFL Victoria. This roles includes overseeing the training and education of casual staff and the writing and delivery of a state wide coaching strategy targeting all levels of AFL football across Victoria. Having played both seasons of AFLW at Carlton, Lauren has played at the highest level of female football available since 2005 and has been a part of the growth and development of the women’s game. Until AFLW began, Lauren has held Level 2 coaching accreditation since 2015 and has been an assistant coach at u/16 state girls, u/16 TAC boys and u/18 TAC girls teams whilst also head coaching the Victorian Indigenous Kickstart girls team.
