Gary has over 20 years’ experience working in the Sports, Aquatics and Recreation industries. He is currently Executive Manager Facilities & Advocacy with Football Federation Victoria having previously worked with Belgravia Leisure and for 8 years in elite sport with both Melbourne Victory and Sydney Football Clubs in the Hyundai A-League.

Gary managed WaterMarc a $60 million aquatic facility owned by Banyule City Council. He also supervised managers of a wide range of community indoor and outdoor swimming pools, health clubs and golf courses.

During his time with Melbourne Victory Gary was invited to be a part of a Steering Committee for the design of AAMI Park in Melbourne.

He currently is finalising the FFV State Facility Strategy and building a Facility & Advocacy Team at FFV to ensure that Football can continue to grow into the future.
