When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets for the National Sports Convention go on sale mid-March 2019 and will be available to purchase on the website. Please note that this year we do have limited tickets for some key conferences.
What's included in my delegate pass?
A Full Delegate Pass includes access to all NSC Conference Sessions (excluding co-located events), the Sport and Recreation Expo, refreshment breaks, lunch networking and access to provided speaker presentations.
A Masterclass Pass entitles you to attend only that session and any refreshments as stated, plus access to the Sport and Recreation Expo.
Is there a group booking discount?
Yes – if you are a current member of an NSC Collaborator Association, you have access to the Association Discounted rate for your ticket. If booking multiple tickets at the Association Discounted rate, you must hold an organisational membership (not an individual membership) of the Association.
NSC also offers a group discount rate - if purchasing five (5) tickets you only pay for four (4), a saving of 20% on the ticket price. All five registrations must be completed at the same time to receive the discount rate.
Can I transfer my pass?
A delegate pass is entry for one person only, passes cannot be shared.
How do I receive my delegate pass?
Following the completion of your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation. Delegate badges and all event material will be provided upon arrival at the event – nothing will be sent in the post.
What if I just want to attend the Trade Expo?
You can register to attend the Sport and Recreation Expo only, which is free of charge.
When will the Program Guide be available?
The event program will be available to view this month. We encourage you to sign up to our e-newsletter to stay up to date with announcements about the National Sports Convention 2019.
Is Media registration available?
Yes, on request to Convener Martin Sheppard, by email to email@example.com.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
A full refund less a $250 (inc GST) processing fee is applicable on cancellation requests made in writing within 10 days of registration. No refunds are available for cancellations made more than 10 days after registration.
Will there be a delegate list available?
Yes, a delegate list (name, position and organisation only) will be available to registered delegates and exhibitors 2 days prior to the event. Delegates will have the opportunity to opt out if they do not wish to share their details.
How can my organisation be involved in sponsorship for the event?
We are grateful for the industry support that allows us to host this important event. If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor, please register to receive a sponsor’s brochure. How can I exhibit at the Sport and Recreation Expo?
