Erin Clout
Player Relations & Engagement Executive – Professional Footballers Australia (PFA)

Erin joined Professional Footballers Australia (PFA) in 2018, on the back of a successful Collective Bargaining Agreement for the W-League, which saw the creation of a new role to lead the PFA’s vision for ’60 @ 60’ (60 female players earning a minimum of $60k per year). In her role, Erin works closely with external stakeholders, supporting elite female footballers, finding flexible employment that sit alongside their footballing commitments. On top of this, Erin has taken a hands-on role in building on the PFA’s employment transition program, working with industry experts to provide the best opportunities and training for our members as they embark on their journey away from professional football. Prior to joining the PFA, Erin worked as a policy adviser to a leading peak industry body, and has extensive experience in both Territory and Federal Parliamentary offices. Erin has been involved in all facets of the sport as a player, coach, administrator, volunteer and fan.
